Why are extractions necessary in some cases?

In some people it is necessary to extract permanent teeth in order to obtain space to place the remaining in a stable position; other people have enough (or even excess) space to correctly position all teeth in the arch.

The role of the Orthodontic Specialist is to carefully study the documentation orthodontic to formulate a diagnosis and define a targeted treatment plan: in most part of the cases that require extractions, this strategy is communicated by the Doctor before the
